The successful Digital Account Manager will be accountable for the successful delivery of client work from order placement through to completion. The account manager will manage the lifecycle and ensure the customer is retained for future work. Our strategic and supportive aftercare program supports the customer and maintains them as an ongoing account achieving consistent repeat business for Calm.

Location: The role will be based from the Calm Digital Middlesbrough office, so you will need to live within commutable distance, whilst also being prepared to undertake UK wide travel for customer-facing activities. (Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential).
