Calm Digital Site Accessibility

This Calm Digital site has been designed using the most up to date technology to allow you as a user as much flexibility in the way you view and use the website to ensure that the information within the site is focused around accessibility for all.

"The power of the Web is in its universality. Access by everyone regardless of disability is an essential aspect."
Tim Berners-Lee, W3C Director 1

Accessible website helps expand markets to people with disabilities as well as people using older browsers, new technologies such as mobile devices and different platforms. By not applying best practice accessibility guidelines to design, websites can run the risk of excluding the people they want to attract, and not just people with disabilities.

People with sight difficulties, mobility, hearing, cognitive and learning problems are often affected and excluded from accessing information they require. Accessibility also affects people using older browsers, as well as new technologies and different platforms ranging from mobile devices to web enabled televisions.
