Domain Name Configuration: The existing domain name will be set-up and hosted on one of our servers, which is hosted by one of the UK’s top website hosting providers at their state-of-the-art UK data centre.
Web Hosting & Maintenance: We understand that security is of paramount importance for you. We will set-up and host your website application and database on one of our highly-secure servers at Rackspace, at their state-of-the-art UK data centre. Our hosting package includes all set-up and management as well as all bandwidth and storage costs for 12 months.
Email Hosting & Maintenance: Custom e-mail addresses can be created using your domain name. These e-mail accounts can be accessed using the POP3 protocol from applications such as Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express or via using a web-based mail access system.
Off-Site Backups: Daily backups are made of your web site as part of our automated backup system. For extra security, monthly backups are made to removable media and stored off-site.
Support: We will provide telephone and e-mail support (during normal business hours) should there be any problems with the site or any problems occur. Our servers are maintained and supported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so in the event of any unexpected server problems, we will endeavour to get the servers (and customers sites) back online in the fastest possible time.
